03 · Privacy-governed

Who is alone with your files at eleven.

The risk is who is alone in the building after hours, and what leaves in the bin. Some of what is in those bins is a client’s name attached to a client’s matter. Screening and waste handling are the scope here, not the floors.

Built for law offices, banks, title companies, wealth management, accounting and HR-heavy offices.

Spec cardWritten · Assigned · Verified
Access
One named technician holds keys or codes, with a documented short list of who else does.
Screening
A named provider and a recent re-run date — the same standard for anyone who isn’t our own employee.
Confidentiality
A standing NDA, signed and on file before the first night.
Waste
Shredded on-site, or a certificate of destruction from a bonded vendor.
Verification
Logged entry and exit, a timestamped photo set, and a scored inspection sent to you unprompted.

How the work is done

Files, screens and desks left exactly as found — nothing moved, nothing photographed.
A same-day callback and a documented process if anything is ever missing.
EPA-registered, fragrance-free products throughout.
A written scope with a frequency on every task, and the exclusions named.

Listen for in other bids

“A few of our people,” or “whoever’s on shift.”
“We know our people” — instead of a screening provider and a date.
“It goes out with the trash,” or no answer about where the bin goes.
A crew that straightens papers “to make it look nice.”

We quote from the building, not the phone

1We walk the building with you and measure it. Twenty minutes is usually enough to spec it properly.
2You get the scope in writing, task by task, with a frequency on every line and the exclusions named.
3We answer the ten questions in writing. The number comes after that, not before it.

We take a limited number of accounts because every one gets an assigned crew and a written site-specific workup before the first night.

We would rather earn this on answers than on a number.
